Goal: learn to create commercial proposals that sell.

CP Structure#

1. Headline (problem + solution)

Immediately show that you understand the client's problem and can solve it.

Bad:
"Commercial proposal for AI agent development"

Good:
"How to automate lead qualification and increase conversion by 30% with an AI agent"

2. Client's problem

Describe the client's pain. Show that you understand their situation.

Example:

"Your managers spend 50% of their time qualifying leads who aren't ready to buy. This takes time away from working with hot clients, reduces sales, and demotivates the team."

3. Solution (your service)

Show how you'll solve the problem.

Example:

"We will create an AI agent that automatically qualifies leads by 10 criteria, asks the right questions, and hands only hot clients to managers. Your managers will spend time only on closing deals."

4. How it works (process)

Show that the process is transparent and clear.

Example:

Work stages:

  1. Analysis (3 days): study your processes, define qualification criteria, gather data
  2. Development (7 days): create the agent, set up CRM integrations, write prompts
  3. Testing (3 days): test on real leads, adjust logic
  4. Launch (1 day): hand over the agent, train the team, start monitoring

Total: 14 days from start to launch.

5. Results (what the client gets)

Show concrete results (in numbers when possible).

Example:

What you'll get:

  • ✅ Save 20 hours per week on lead qualification
  • ✅ 30% conversion increase (managers work only with hot clients)
  • ✅ 40% lower cost per lead (automation is cheaper than manual work)
  • ✅ Higher team satisfaction (managers don't waste time on cold clients)

6. Case studies / testimonials (social proof)

Show that you've done similar work for other clients.

Example:

Case study: electronics online store

  • Task: automate lead qualification
  • Solution: AI agent asked 8 questions and handed only interested clients to managers
  • Result: conversion grew from 12% to 18% (+50%), cost per lead decreased by 35%

7. Price and options

Offer 2–3 options (clients like to choose).
